Vince Zampella, a Gaming Pioneer, Has Passed Away in an LA Vehicle Accident
The visionary game developer, renowned for co-creating the wildly popular first-person shooter Call of Duty, has died in a car accident in Los Angeles, California at the age of 55.
His passing was announced by Electronic Arts, the publisher that controls Respawn Entertainment, the video game company that he helped create.
The influential game designer died after his vehicle was involved in a crash and was engulfed in flames on a highway in LA on Sunday morning, as reported by.
